Where is Innolab based?
Innolab is registered in Brunei, with an office at Bangunan Setia Kenangan 2 in Kiulap, Bandar Seri Begawan. The team works from Kota Bima and Lombok in Indonesia, and works with clients remotely.
Have you built apps for Brunei companies?
Yes. We designed and built Bee, the delivery and commerce app, and Beep Plus, a merchant payments platform. Both are Brunei businesses.
Do you build for both iOS and Android?
Yes. We design and build mobile apps for iOS and Android, along with the web platforms, dashboards and backend they need.
How long does it take to build an app?
Most builds take 10 to 16 weeks from the first brief to launch. If the idea still needs shaping, a one to two week Sprint comes first.
How much does an app cost?
It depends on the scope, so we price each project as a fixed scope with one number rather than an hourly rate. Our pricing page shows where each kind of engagement starts.
Who owns the app and the code?
You do. Every build hands over a codebase you own outright, with docs and a pairing week, so you never depend on us to make a change.
What happens after launch?
Every Build includes a quarter of measurement. We watch the numbers we agreed, tune what needs it, and hand over clean. Ongoing work becomes a Partnership if you want us to stay.
