Get-it is the loyalty app we built for Imagine, letting its customers earn rewards and shop deals across the company’s products and services. The perks existed; the experience was fragmented, so people rarely turned engagement into a reward they redeemed.
The approach
We designed one place to earn and spend. Personalised deals sit up front, points are easy to read, and redemption and payment run through the Beep integration, so the path from earning to using a reward is short. An admin dashboard gives Imagine the behaviour data to tune the programme.
What shipped
A mobile and web loyalty platform with personalised recommendations, built-in payments, and an analytics dashboard, launched over a six-month build to turn Imagine’s rewards into something customers keep coming back to.
